If you have problems with the registration, then I recommend checking the fields in the form. Make sure that everything is typed as it should then attempt to register again. As a side note, you can contact the developers or the tech support of the service you're trying to register. This could also be a problem with their registration module/server. Contacting tech support should give you additional details about this problem.
